Gratitude Mala Making Workshop in Baja

Please join Baja Malas for a workshop where we will infuse all that we are grateful for into each bead and knot. We will start the workshop learning about the history & significance of meditation malas, then reflect on everything & everyone we are grateful for, and where we can expand a grateful heart more into our lives. Let’s gather to set our intentions, prayers & energy into each knot we create. Your individual mala becomes a portable & tangible reminder to maintain an attitude of gratitude in your daily lives.

For this unique workshop, we have chosen red creek jasper (aka picasso jasper) for both its rich colors and energetic properties. This jasper possesses the beautiful colors of autumn with burnt red, deep golden yellow, muted olive green & soft earthy tan as well as being a stone that promotes balance and relaxation, and like all jaspers, is a stone of protection and grounding. We will also select golden aromatic sandalwood beads to compliment our malas as counter beads or to signify a number that is meaningful to you.

We keep the energy light and the learning simple so that everyone feels welcome.

Cost: $54/person. Includes all materials and group & individual instruction. Pre-registration required as space is limited.

Location: Cuatro Viento Yoga Studio, Todos Santos, Baja California, MX
