LEARN. CREATE. MEDITATE…. with sound healing and mala making in a hidden, lush location of Todos Santos.

For this mindful experience, we have invited Rhiannon of Hello Rituals to bring her gifts of sound healing using bowls specifically tuned to amplify the seven energy centers in our body known as chakras. The calming sounds from singing bowls induce a sense of peacefulness and relaxation, and so the correct tones of each bowl will enter your system and transform all the negative emotions and blocked energy into free flowing harmony.

We will begin the workshop with an energy clearing ceremony to prepare our mind, body and spirit. Because sound baths are a form of music therapy that reduce stress and develop self-awareness and creativity, we will then experience the sound healing journey. Afterwards, we learn the meditative art of hand-knotting our 108 beads together using semi-precious stones chosen to restore balance and natural energy flow in the chakra system for maximum well-being: red jasper, carnelian, yellow jade, aventurine, sodalite, amethyst and clear quartz.

And another first for Baja Malas: we are gathering at Kaanopia, a magical location hidden away in a lush secret garden, only steps from the Pacific Ocean. As with all of our Art Meditation Workshops, we will infuse additional learning throughout our time together to deepen our connection & awareness of balancing the chakras within our own bodies.
